"I used Precision Detail for the first time today; and I’m very pleased. For starters, my car looks awesome! And in addition, Steve provided excellent customer service. Unlike several other detail shops I called, Steve answered his phone. We had a good conversation around the possible causes of the many tiny rust colored spots that seemingly appeared overnight, all over my vehicle; and he suggested I drop by the next morning so he could assess its cause and treatment. He tested a spot and determined the paint job was suffering iron deposits; and he recommended removal using clay. We scheduled an appointment; and Steve was there to greet me, with personable and friendly service. Every last bit of iron was removed from the surface; and I left the shop with a beautiful shine. At a very fair price.
